Who Can Enroll?
The Path2TECH Program is designed for individuals who meet the following criteria:
Women, Non-binary, and Trans Individuals: Particularly those from underrepresented communities or who identify as such.
Age Requirement: Over 21 years of age.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the US.
Location: Must be located in (or within 2 - 3 hours driving distance) of Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Washington, DC/Greater DC Area; or New York, NY.
Experience: 1-3+ years of professional work experience (e.g., customer service, retail, administrative).
Skills: Basic computer and mathematical skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortability with browsing the internet.
First-time NPower Student: that do not have a bachelor’s degree or master’s
Note: Individuals with graduate degrees and graduates from NPower or alternate tech training programs are not eligible for the Path2TECH program at this time.
Next Class Starts Sept 30th!!!!!
They let you choose a schedule that works best for you:
Class A: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday | 6:30pm to 9:30pm EST (Virtual Instruction + Professional Development and Tutoring on Wednesdays)
Class B: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday | 6:30pm to 9:30pm EST (Virtual Instruction + Professional Development and Tutoring on Wednesdays)

Is this program really free? Yes, the Path2TECH Program is 100% free to all selected participants, thanks to the generosity of private donors, foundations, corporations, and government funding. No financial contributions or payments are required from you after employment.
When does the program start and how long is it? The next class starts on September 30th. The duration varies, so check the program details for specifics.
In which cities is this program offered? Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Washington, DC/Greater DC Area; and New York, NY.
Do I need a tech background to be accepted? No, the program is designed for individuals without prior tech experience but who are eager to learn.
