🌟Feature Friday: Break into tech in SALES! 💰

Hey Invaders! 👽
As you may know I am a Generation Alumni, I did their FREE Full Stack Java Development bootcamp which I loved. They have recently rolled out a new program… their SaaS Sales Development Representative in partnership with Hubspot!
This program will get you ready to become a Tech Sales Development Representative (SDR), an entry-level sales role focused on finding new potential customers for a software company.
SDRs are the first point of contact, responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers, understanding their needs, and setting them up to learn more about the product. You will be an essential part of a sales team that connects customers to great software products.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in the fast-growing field of software sales and build your professional sales abilities.
Did you know? The average estimated starting annual salary for a Remote Tech Sales Representative goes from $50K with an additional ~$20K in commission-based bonuses!
This program is exclusive for residents in (alphabetical order): Alabama, District of Columbia, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.
If you are not an American and would like to apply, you are welcome! But you must have the legal rights to live and work in the US.
The benefits are:
The program is 100% free of charge: Generation United States and its partners will cover all the costs so you can grab all the essential skills needed to start your career without having to pay for it - no tricks, no hidden costs
The classes are online in real-time: MON to FRI from 9am to 4pm so you can learn from your place. And if you need a laptop or help with connectivity, Generation United States will support you (also free of charge!)
The next cohort starts May-12 - Jul-11
No previous experience required: although welcome, experience is not mandatory. If you are attracted to technology, sales and dealing with customers, and are a self-starter and thrive in remote learning/working environments, you have what it takes
Don’t you have a University degree? That’s all right - you only need a High School diploma or GED equivalent
$900 paid remote internship: you will get real and practical experience, earn while you learn, and become job-ready to start working after graduation
Support to find your first full-time remote work: you will be prepared for interviews and connected with hiring employers to secure a job after the program's conclusion
Dedicated mentorship: during the program and up to 6 months afterwards, you will be supported to overcome any challenge and succeed in your new career!
